My account has been restricted indefinitely. I have provided everything which Ebay ask for. In fact that was my second MC011 which I faced after I passed the first one a week ago.

Of course Ebay gave me no explanation why and how I am against the policy.

I use only verifed suppliers, I own each of the prodcuts I sell. So far I have no issue in other plaftorms but for Ebay I am a risk, by some factors which cannot be shared.

Anyone which have been in the same situation, is there any further solution or no chance at all ?

On eBay, an indefinite restriction means permanent.

I'm sorry to tell you that we have never heard of anyone being allowed to sell again after an indefinite restriction, even years later.

The same restriction is likely to be applied to any other member that eBay "associates" with you, for example has the same address or has ever used the same connected device to log in.
