I have cancelled 3 purchases over £200 in the last 2 days. This is unacceptable. Please ensure this does not happen to my account again! Regards, Louise Shipp
It usually happens if you have clicked on a Link in a Phishing Email. Change all your Passwords and Report "Someone has Used My Account" into Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page. Also inform PayPal and your Bank.
