My Tracking Details have yet to be updated

Dear all,

I made a purchase last week and it has tracking on it. Keeping an eye on the package, it has not yet been "dispatched" till this day according to Ebay and that is very weird since on the official Canada Post site, it has been regularly updated and it says that it is in transit.

Is there some king of problem somewhere?

As tracking is only for the benefit of the seller, I don't see why you are worying about what tracking says. If it doesn't arrive you an open a Not Received Case to get a refund.

If tracking does not update it is the seller who loses by having to refund as he can only avoid refunding by tracking showing as delivered.
