I under Financial Ombudsman Guidelines have ben deliberatewly misinformed of my rights dutries and obligastions in transactions to Ebay and Pay Pals financial gain as this is against al banking guidelines I'd like to start the complaint process of with all conversations with myself being held for Review by an Inspector !
