For some reason, I can't explain I cannot add things to my collection or delete collections and sometimes can't even see my basket this has been going on for months now and eBay keeps telling me it's there problem so how long does it take to fix I don't know what to do as I can't seem to get hold of them directly about this as being helpful is not something eBay does
