I wish to complain about the ridiculously short time you gave me to spend my £25 voucher.
I recently heard of your offer for a £25 voucher in return for selling something and eagerly participated, successfully selling a ring. I then received an email from you on 1st July congratulating me on my sale and giving me a voucher code, inviting me to "go for a spending spree". Since then I've been watching and bidding on a few items, but only today I looked at the email again and noticed, in a tiny font, hidden away where you obviously intended people not to see it, the caveat that my voucher expires on 10th July. This is only 9 days after I received the voucher.
I'm very disappointed with this promotion as it seems that you have cleverly designed this offer to trick people into participating on your site with very little chance to actually benefit from the offer you claim is available. Can you please extend the validity of this voucher for another couple of weeks to give me the opportunity to actually use it?
