Mouse hovering enlargement

Hi,

is anyone aware of a change in policy with regards to a listings picture enlarging when the mouse hovers over it. It couls be a feature thats been discontinued that I may have missed in recent eBay communications.  Didnt quite get an understanding from the help centre and not sure he was aware of what I was saying as first he said it was working his end and then the function was not available. Any help would be appreciated.

Try resizing your pictures to make them larger your newest listing Jane Eyre is only 500x375

• Photos need to be at least 500 pixels on the longest side but we recommend you aim for 800-1600 pixels on the longest side. Our photo uploader can take images up to 7MB in size

Sometimes it works, other times not,

never found out why.
