Hi everyone, I purchased what was suppoed to be a brand new, boxed, sealed Samsung S7 Edge phone, all good when it arrived and did in fact look brand new, all sealed etc.
after 6 months the rear cover started to swell and the battery was getting hot, so, I contacted Samsung UK who were fantastic, however, once they had assessed the fault they came back with a load of non-genuine issues with the phone, they say the phone had been worked on by a non Samsung engineer, the biggest alarm bell with all of this was the actual serial number was linked to a gold phone and not the black one I had purchased.
what can i do with this given I purchased the phone last December ?? Ebay are being very vague on how they can help me, I have contacted the seller (twice) with no response ?
I purchased this by credit card and not PayPal
HELP 🙂 PLEASE, any advice woulf be appreciated,
nothing you can do through ebay,
they don't get involved after 30 days
