Hello I need help return an item but it has been taken off eBay and unable to compete return item 393389560966

When this happens you have to open a case with Paypal if you used them.  So if you paid using Paypal first sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

If you used your debit or credit card ring your bank or card provider and see if they can help.
