Missing payouts from sold items

Hello,

I am missing payouts from sold items, I've sold 9 items and only been paid for 3 items.

I've contacted Ebay chat and had no help and it's very frustrating as my payment report says I have receivd the payments but they have not gone into my bank account. I have been paid for items since end of May, but am missing 5 payments (even though the status was BUYER HAS PAID) from April to end May. These are for the following dates? I wonder was there an issue with the system, has anyone else experiences this problem?

Buyer paid date: 23 Apr
Buyer paid date: 26 Apr
Buyer paid date: 28 Apr

Buyer paid date: 9 May

Buyer paid date: 19 May

Have you checked Your Paypal Account? You would as a new seller also be subject to a 21day HOLD on sale proceeds.

You appear to have forgotten to egister as a Business Seller, you should do this asap, before ebay picks it up or a buyer complains to Trading Standards.
