Missing parcel??? or is it???

Hi all,

 Please help! I posted an item 2nd class signed for purchase through ebay so tracking numer is on both ebay and paypal. I now have a customer who is jumping up and down, claiming he hasn't recieved his parcel, even though track shows "Delivered" and there is a signature!

 He claims to have asked all who could have signed for it, been to local depot who said "The sender needs to file a claim" ??? Is it my reponsibility to chase Royal mail, even though the parcel has been signed for??? (i'm to busy to chase round after Royal mail)!!!

As long as the item shows as delivered then you will win any dispute

Make sure the tracking number is on the item by going to More actions to the right of the item and on the drop down list Tracking number

Also make sure it is on paypal.

I usually put them in straight away.

The sender only needs to put in a claim if the item is not delivered and in this case it has been delivered.

It is now between the buyer and Royal Mail and it is them that need to follow it up.
