I just wondered if many sellers out there have experienced any of their packages going missing through royal mail?
I have only been selling since early December & until recently, I didnt bother printing off labels or tracking for the smaller & cheaper items. This morning I had my third message from a buyer saying that they havnt recieved their item after plenty of time. Now I dont have a problem giving refunds but Im finding it disheartening- especially when the item bareley covers the postage. whats the best way to complain to royal mail?
And can anyone advise if you have to send items with printed out labels through the post office only (not via usual post box)?
