Missing Money

I recently sold an item, the buyer has received the good and it says on the listing that payment was made within a few days. I haven't received the money in my bank account (it is set up) and the transactions on the hub are empty. How do I obtain the money and who do I need to contact?

How do you know the buyer has received the goods? Only if you have loaded tracking which shows as delivered would any money on Hold be released early. Feedback is not proof of delivery.

You are a new seller , so will have to wait 21 days before money is released. ONLY tracked proof of delivery loaded on the item when you marked as posted is good enough for ebay.

The ask you for the advice. The tracking number is there and says it was delivered on the 4th June. It does say I can edit the tracking number but
