Missed offers as there is no notification off an offer

I have enabled the 'offers' option on listing.

I have missed several offers over a period of 14 months as I did not receive a notification indicating an offer had been made.

There are options to automatically accept or reject offers, however this not a substitute for getting a notification when an offer is received.

There is a bug with the software.

Use the Seller Hub and Messages. There are so many reminders there of items with offers, virtually impossible to miss.

You can see/change what messages eBay send you there.
