Misrepresentation….item bought ar fully working but was not..how do I deal with this?

Are you still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery?

 

Then,  open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre.

Escalate on day 4,  if you are not refunded beforehand.

 

Do not close the case early on any promise of excuse from the seller,  and do not forget to escalate.
