Misleading title in a listing.

I purchased an item that is titled in the listing as 'Non Iron Percale Flat Sheet Quality Plain Dyed Polycotton Bed Linen & Pillowcase' and only the linen arrived. no pillowcase.

After contacing the seller they said that there listing is correct as it states further down the page on the description it says pillow case sold seperately.

Surely this is misleading and should be rectified but they just don't seem to get it.

I did the fatal thing of giving them good feedback before I opened the packaging so I couldn't state the problem in my feedback to inform other buyers.

Can anything be done about this misleading title???

Open a Case for Item Not As Described/Parts Missing in the Resolution Centre. You will have to Return the Sheet. " The Seller will have 3 days to Accept the Return then generate a Returns Label through the Case. If he doesn't Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in they will Force the Refund.

Thank you for the info, unfortunately I washed the sheets and I am now using them so I won't be able to return them.
A good lesson learned though, I will definitely check all goods before I leave feedback again.
