Misleading advertising

Sellers showing pictures of item that's not for sale ie gazebo bag for sale but only showing pictures of a gazebo so it looks like your buying a gazebo

This is eBay. It isn't like the shops. There are no advertising standards officers checking ads here, and eBay certainly doesn't.

ALWAYS read the description carefully, and ask questions if unsure. Remember, eBay's money back guarantee doesn't apply if you didn't read the description properly.
