Hi, I checked my Nectar balance and saw -75 points BONUS!? How is a negative bonus even possible, and why have points been deducted? I only purchase so it's not even based on a refund. Cannot get eBay to reply. Any ideas please? Thx
Go to the My Ebay tab top of this page. From drop down list click on the Nectar logo. Then scroll down to a statement of how your points have been used, hopefully that will be of help.
