Messages still going to my old e-mail address.

Having changed my e-mail provider some years ago, messages from ebay seller team such as “bid received” or “order confirmed” or notification that I’ve been outbid on an item I’ve bid on all appear in my new / correct e-mail inbox. However if a potential buyer sends an “ask a question” or I reply, the message appears in my old Tiscali e-mail folder. How can I eliminate this and get those messages to go to my new e-mail address which is registered with Ebay.
