Messages issue

From some time I'm receiving messages from buyers in My eBay: Selling overview, instead to My eBay: messages folder. 

When I see this type of message, I can see only few words of it and if the message is longer can't read it.

No way to click on the message to see it in full. If answer to the message, can't see the message as well. 

After sending the answer the message dissapear from everywhere.

It's realy annoying as there is no notification about this messages as well.

I'm using pc with chrome and the Android app, but the result is the same.

Any help will be apretiated.
