Message not sent

Hello,

seems that I have problems with a messages. Buyers can't receive my messages. I receive from them, I can write them back (ebay shows me that messages are sent), but buyers don't receive it. I have tried to write messages to few buyers and non of them have answered. I know they should answer, because they are asking why I don't reply, because we have few deals still pending and they are waiting for my answers. I write them back with asking o write me back as soon as they sees my message. But I don't receive any message from them. They write me again after a day or two "why don't you answer?"... This is bad. Bad for my reputation. Any one else has this problem? Or it's just for me? Seems that messages are stuck somewhere. Thanks.

The messaging system can be glitchy,  however,  if you are receiving the notification ' message sent',  then it has been,   albeit it may take time to reach your buyers,  and then maybe their response that it hasn't ,  is reaching you quicker.

Messages crossing over at different times has happened to me.
