Maximum selling fee £1 promotion

On the free listing and maximum selling fee of £1 promotion do I pay fees on postage on top of the £1.......I have sold an expensive item but the postage cost was over £40....will I be invoiced on the £40 plus the £1 ??

I assume you listed under the Business £1 promotion, usually only for private sellers.

Ebay charge you 10% fee, but credit the promotion later.

Yes did list under the Business Sellers promotion but had to contact EBAY as I was charged selling fees even though my sellers page showed I had been credited for my listings...….I had to persuade the guy on the Chat line that you couldn't have one without the other but he was asking for a screen shot of me being offered the promotion( 4 weeks ago....who keeps screen shots of promotions 4 weeks ago ??) and would not believe me until I sent a screen shot of my promotions page showing the listing credit !!!!!!!
