Maximum selling fee £1 promotion

On the free listing and maximum selling fee of £1 promotion do I pay fees on postage on top of the £1.......I have sold an expensive item but the postage cost was over £40....will I be invoiced on the £40 plus the £1 ??

Yes will be £5.00 as long as you didn't use any Listing Upgrades which are an extra charge..
