Does anyone know why when i try to ad my bank account info it is directing me to servers down and this is going on from January..i have contacted ebay numerous times but I didn't received any help , how can I update my info for manageed payments? My account has restricted for payouts but i cant update my account

Site is working fine.

Try clearing cache & cookies, update browser.

Bank account has to be in same name as your ebay business account.

I already did that and it is the same thing ..today i was told that it is a
global bug on site in February i was told the same thing ..

Hi! Unfortunately I wasn’t helped at all , just tossed around, i keep trying every day to ad my bank but it is directing me to servers down , i don’t understand how for payouts i dont have the bank account number but for payments i do ..I didn’t sold lately nothing and I believe this is intentional
