I've recently signed up for managed payments. eBay have informed me that I'm signed up successfully but the very next day said I need to confirm my bank account. They said I can do this by confirming two micropayments to my account.
The problem I have is that they've not sent any payments to my account so I can't verify. I've called my bank to double check.
Saying that if I listed today, would I still benefit from the 80% discount on fees?
