ok i have moved to the new managed payments.
No i was not informed of the new higher FVF but its still works out cheaper this way then having 2 lots of fees involved. We are vat registered and under the old way on the monthy ebay invoice it was clearly shown what vat we had beed charged and claimed that back from HMRC. Under this new managed payments, Ebay are charging us vat on the FVF and on the 30p but i cant find any reportsto show this. I need to print of a report to show the total fees and vat for my accounting. Has anyone else got this issue or know what to do?
