Managed Payments

Hi I am now in this Managed Payments scheme. I thought they deducted the fees straight from the sales. Why am I still getting invoices and deductions? Am I being thick or just not undersanding this new awful way of getting paid.

Items sold before you changed to MP will still be on old system,

once you pay this invoice, all fees wil be deducted before money paid into your bank for future sales.

The latest invoice I have is from Friday and have been on managed payments for a couple of months now.
