Went on to managed payments around 6 weeks ago and after a rocky start due to verifaction problems things started going ok with payments every day except weekends. Last week payments stopped being transferred to my bank. An amount is showing as available funds but no transfer scheduled, funds not on hold either so have no idea where the money is being held. Have spoken with 5 customer service agents and been given 5 reasons for delay and 5 promises to get it sorted but 7 days later still no payments from ebay. Have asked for a call from a manager/superviser but they cannot be bothered to speak to me for another 48 hours so that will then be 9 days without payment from ebay. Are ebay holding your funds without explanation? Are they about to go bust? Should we be worried?
