Is there any way of identifying and blocking people whose registered eBay address is not in the UK?
I don't post overseas but people who have a UK delivery address are able to bid on my items.
I can block those whose primary delivery address is not in the UK yet even if they have a UK delivery address I am still charged an international fee if their registered eBay address is not in the UK.
First knowledge I have of them being registered overseas is when the managed payment comes through and there is an international fee. By then the user has paid and the item has already been despatched.
