I made a offer which the seller agreed to . I asked him to put it on a pallet to be picked up because it was a 7 hr drive he told me he didn’t have a pallet and he would get one he then said he would meet me half way which I couldn’t do . That is the reason the sale never went through there was nothing under handed thanks

If seller has opened unpaid case, then if you don't pay, you will get a strike.
