I recently made three offers on an item. Two were declined the last one, offering the asking price was ignored until it became invalid. I've contacted the seller and they have ignored me. What can I do? I really want the item.

May not have been BIN, ebay are adding best offer to auction items.
Best offer disappears when bid is placed.
