Mail cost queries

Hi can you help me regarding the variations of costs on either paying for items to be delivered or paying delivery on items you have sold? I can't get my head around the fact that I was chRged £5:00 on a bid for a dress that was £2:00. It was a light weight dress and flimsy and I know that it cost less than the £5:00 you advised on your postal amounts? I also sold a Burberry Raincoat with a huge golf umbrella which is heavy to someone on eBay and you stated the cost would be £7:00 for the bidder who won to pay? It actually cost me £17:00 in total and when I contacted you to query this matter you told me to resolve this with the customer? Of course the customer never replied to my querie and when I cam back to you you told me the problem was unrest able as I had accepted the £7:00 mail costs on the eBay account? This is wrong? I never really made any money on the sale of that expensive Burberry raincoat and umbrella as I lost £10:00 off the money I receive on paying the extra mail plus also the money you charged me for selling fees. I feel like I have been swindled out of my money? What is your response to this type of query?

We are fellow ebayers, no ebay staff here.

Sellers set their own P&P, it is up to them to find the correct price,

never use ebay postage estimator, often wrong, check RM website or ask at PO for leaflet.
