MY GARAGE CAN'T READ MY CAR REG NUMBER PROPERLY

I've entered my cars registration details into 'MY GARAGE' and a different model, year and spec of car is coming up. I know the reg is right for my car

as it's been double checked with DVLA. Why is My Garage getting it so wrong?

find the car make & model & use that.
