MISSING ITEMS. SELLER refuses refund, sign by PO office guy, timing impossible

Thanks guys, but the seller refuses, even though the the evidence clearly
shows that this stuff is missing, the signatures at sorting office &
"delivery" at home, at exactly the same time, and for a 30-40 minute road
journey to have taken place -according to the seller's own documents is
impossible. ludicrous and = basically theft from me. None of my
neighbours took anything, anything, before or since and do not have the
initials CV, as the signatory says. Ebay is not supporting me about this
obviously dubious deal and keeps closing down my issue, despite the obvious
evidence. Disgraceful, for £100.00 or so; I'm sure ebay could afford to
refund me from their money pots....

With ebay being so **bleep**e, I have no idea what to do.

You do need to do as advised and sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay .com as you are in South Africa and this is the UK boards. If an item shows as Delivered then you need to sort it out with the business that say they delivered it. Ebay will always go with the seller if it says Delivered.

If you have not recieved your ittems then you open a not received at the bottom of the page in the resolution centrea and escalate after a full 3 days

If the tracking or PO code shows as Delivered then you will lose the dispute

Your problem is with whoever says they delivered it

You need to get onto them

Check around the outside of your property first and with neighbours

It does not have to be signed by you
