Got an email yesterday from eBay saying my account was given a MC011 . We restricted your account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
I am a top rated seller will 99.6% feedback and tracking is available for orders posted. I have been on the phone to ebay but all I get is reply to the email they sent. So I have replied. What happens now? Also most the cases open against my account have now all of a sudden been closed in my favour. Any outstanding ones are only new and couriers etc are working to either find lost or damaged items being replaced as I have replied to all open requests like I always do. Any feedback or help would be appreciated
