MC011 Account restricted

I have had my account restricted for 4 days now. I had misplaced stock which I believe led to this issue. I tried to refund buyers through ebay and the system said pending for ages. I replied to the email asking for proof of postage but I use stamps and filmed my parcels!

 

I was told by ebay it would be 3 days for a reply. I have no reply. I have paid 2.2k in ebay fees ontime and have outstanding feedback. Not only that, I have 4k on hold from paypal. I have paid out of my own pocket for these fees and don't understand why its impossible for me to speak to someone to fix this the same day or why I am yet to recieve a response. I'ts like i've been left out to dry..


Please can this be looked into as I will have to let a staff member of mine go.

This is ebay member forum, no ebay staff here, so we can't do anything.

 

You will have picked up defects for bad quality of items & non delivery, if buyer claims not received, unless you can prove delivery (tracked) you always have to refund.

Check your seller dashboard for defects.
