I received faulty damaged items. The seller only wants to offer a very meagre partial refund. I am not interested in a full refund as I bought a table and chairs set and the other parts to the set are fine. I've also already assembled it, so it would be a huge hassle to disassemble it, package it and then take it to the post office to return it, so I thought a partial refund would be best for both parties. Seller isn't being fair with this low amount. I suggested a reasonable amount. If seller and buyer can't agree on a fair refund, would Ebay settle it with a fair amount?
