Lost item

Does anyone know where I stand if I purchased a listing from a seller to be collected from a pick up point and on eBay tracking it stated item was delivered but in another screen it states the item is being prepared! No pick up number was sent by eBay in order for me to quote at collections to pick up! Contacted the seller and they state the item was delivered! Attended collections at Argos and they state nothing has been booked in and if it was booked in I would have received a ref number from eBay to quote!!
So now I’m stuck in the middle. I need to contact eBay and everywhere I click it states there’s an action pending which I raised at the time of query. But I want to speak to Ebay to express my concerns and I can’t find anywhere on the app that lets me do that as it keeps taking me back to the listing screen of item I purchased!

Contact eBay CS and explain you need your code to pick up your Click & Collect item,  as status confirms delivery to the store.

 

To contact eBay Customer Support type in Advanced Search in the Help & Contact tab top of your eBay page , and scroll down to bottom of that page, there should be two options for contact, Chat with Us, and Have Us Call you. Both will give an approximate waiting time too.
