Hello i did not receive a parcel I contacted seller and all he did was say it was posted and tracked checked with neighbours and local post man then visited the local post office who advised me to contact the Royal Mail by phone who gave me a lost item claim number to give seller and still no refund or replacement eBay has backed the sellers decision how is this possible
Did you open a Not Received case? You do not say, and you don't mention if the tracking shows delivered or not.
If the tracking shows delivered to your address you will not be refunded Im afraid.
You or your seller can instigate an ivestigation with Royal Mail, but only your seller can claim compensation as far as I know. I stand to be corrected if wrong.
