Lost item that was bought

Hi..mi recently sold a tee shirt for£4..
I couldn't find the item..
I refunded buyer immediately...but now my account states that the item is overdue for sending...!!!!!!
What can I do to keep my brownie points?

If you just refunded through paypal then you pay the fees and you do not get paypal fees back anyway

It is possible the buyer could leave bad feedback if you did not discuss or get their agreement before refunding
