I got bad feedback because Royal Mail has lost package. I have provaided tracking and so. Haven't got my refund from Royal mail and got bad feedback. I don't think that's fair ! What can I do?

If you uploaded the tracking number, and it confirms that th eitem was undelivered, you may be able to get this feedback removed if you phone eBay customer support.
It isn't clear when all of this took place, your feedback page only says withn 6 months. So it may already be too late to get it changed.
