Lost Order

I bought an item, whilst as a guest, and received a confirmation email and later an email stating the item was being posted. When I click on "view item details", my order cannot be found. When I log into my account, it also does not appear. The payment has however been taken from my bank.  Does anyone know how to contact ebay about this?

Buying as a guest you will not see any details in your eBay account, and you do not contact eBay about this.

Keep that confirmation email safe.  if the item does not arrive a reasonable time passed it's last estimated date for delivery,  you contact Paypal over this,  giving them those email details,  and claim with them for an item not received.
