Logging a return has been posted back

I have printed off the free label provided by eBay and posted the item back to the buyer.

I cannot find a way in to the system and log the fact I have posted it back - why is that ?

It is added when scanned at the Post Office. If you didn't hand over the PO counter then it will not be recorded.

Thanks for that. It would help if eBay advised that in their process for setting up a return.

The Tracking will be checked by Ebay. Is linked to your Case. Just check that it has Auto-Filled.
