I've had to relist a tv THREE TIMES because people simply aren't reading the listing properly. The listing says free postage but it isnt! And it won't let me change it because there's a padlock in the corner of the screen. Regards, Chris

You have Sold the TV 3 times. You will be charged the Final Value Fees on each Sale. No good blaming the Buyers when you listed with Free Postage the error is yours.

You have not listed it as "Collection only" so you can't blame buyers for thinking you will post it to them

You have listed it as "Free delivery"!

You need to end the listing, which will accrue you a fvf because you already have a bid on it. But it's better to end it now before it gets any more bids,

Relist it again but use the"Collection only" option and ask for CASH ON COLLECTION. This is by far the safest way of selling with a collection only item.
