I'm trying to find a link to Live Chat with someone in eBay customer support, but can't find the option anywhere. Have they stopped offering this service?

I've jumped through all the hoops to qualify for Top Seller Status, and my account was due to be assessed yesterday. Nothing's happened though, so now I'm wondering if I didn't do something right, or if it's just delayed maybe?

it's still available, just not all the time

why do you need to contact them?

I'm not sure it's available to business sellers, for some reason.   It's usually at the very bottom of this:
