You can end your listing providing that there are more than 12 hours left to run.
If you do end it, you will still be charged eBay final value fees (10%) on whatever the bid price is when you end it.
To end a listing, go to your My eBay>selling summary and look to the right of that listing for a dropdown menu. One of the options in there is to end listing.
