I am experiencing a challenge when I try to edit my listing. I'm getting an error (see below) after attempting to submit. I have tried to click the provided link but it's taking me to eBay help page where I have found any assistance. Any assistance

Your Account has been inactive for Months. You will have the same Restrictions as a New Seller with limits on how much you can list. You won't be able to Sell Internationally, only through the Global Shipping Programme.
