Listing removed when already paid for

I purchased an item and paid by PayPal.

When I looked at my purchase history about an hour later I saw that the item has been removed by eBay for some reason.

I have messaged the seller twice re my concern and no answer. Not sure if I will receive the item?

Has anyone else had this happen and did they receive neither their goods or refund?

What was the item?

eBay are removing many items for price gouging during this virus crisis,  e.g. hand sanitisers,  masks.

You may still get your item,  it is recommended to wait 10 days.

Then,  if it does not arrive,  log into your Paypal account,  on the left select Resolve a problem.  Open a case for item not received and enter that eBay have removed the item from their site.

Ignore that it says go back to eBay,  scroll past that and stick with the Paypal case.

Escalate within 20 days for your refund.
