Listing removed for Hateful or Discriminatory

eBay removed a German Luftwaffe belt I had on sale for the above reason ,there have been others on eBay and they have not been removed, can I appeal ?

No you can't the other Ones haven't been Reported yet. If you try Listing it again Ebay will Suspend your Account.

Thanks for that , I just read somewhere that another seller ,with a similar item ,can report it and get rid of your item ?
