eBay removed a German Luftwaffe belt I had on sale for the above reason ,there have been others on eBay and they have not been removed, can I appeal ?
You can, but you're unlikely to be sucessful.
eBay's policy regarding Nazi memorabilia is a direct response to French law.
To contextualise - appealing on the basis that there are others listed will be as likely to succeed as defending a speeding charge on the grounds that someone overtook you just before the police appeared.
Today was your day to get caught, if someone reports the other sellers, and their listings violate policy it may be that tomorrow is their turn.
It does seem unfair, but that's just life I'm afraid.
You're welcome, thank you for being so refreshingly pleasant.
Be careful with what you list in the immediate future - for whatever reason, your account has caught someone's eye, one removal won't really harm you, further removals can see your ability to sell revoked.
If you're unsure about an item, please post here before uploading it, the combined policy knowledge of the posters here is almost nuclear.
